Yang San Park Korean BBQ

Yang san park BBQ is a Korean restaurant. It is specialised in Korean BBQ. Yang San Park is in the heart of Chinatown, at the corner of Dixon and Goulburn Street, so a few steps away from N2 Extreme Gelato. It is the replacement of former Malay Village Restaurant.

I order the Beef rib and Marinated beef rib as well as Marinated chicken for 3 people. Despite my attempts as Do It Myself Barbecue, the waitress doesn’t let me use the scissors and tongs, so we’re left watching the action. I think they provide us a very good service, because normally waiter won’t keep serve us all the time, but this one, they did. Therefore we can eat and talk freely during they cooking the meat. Also this restaurant is the best BBQ restaurant I have ever try, the meat is tasted and fresh,  I’m satisfy with both food and service very much.

If you are interested in BBQ, this restaurant is highly recommended.

IPPUDO

IPPUDO is a Japanese restaurant which is specialised in ramen. With ramen of the highest quality, hospitable service with attention to detail and unique ambience, IPPUDO aims to create an exquisite and delightful ramen dining experience for its customers throughout the world.
I have been to two IPPUDO restaurants, one is located in Westfield CBD, and the other one is in Central park. However I found that Central park one as a new shop, the quality is not as well as the one in Westfield, also with less selection. I recon IPPUDO in Westfield CBD is the one that you should go and have a try. Every time I will have the signature ramen SHIROMARU MOTOAJI with IPPUDO GYOZA, as well as a highly recommended of Sautéed Tasmanian Salmon.

Looking for a best ramen in Sydney? Well look no further as it may be closer than you think! Go and have a try.

Din Tai Fung

Din Tai Fung is a restaurant originating in Taiwan, specialising in xiaolongbao (soup dumplings).  Outside its native Taiwan, Din Tai Fung also has branches in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Canada, the United States and Thailand.

Din Tai Fung in Australia is famous and popular; Xiaolongbao is a recommended dish is a signature dish which is the dish that I most recommend.

Xiao long bao, six for $10.80

The World Square branch of this Taiwanese franchise has a windowed kitchen where the hands of face-masked, hair-netted cooks move so fast, they could be participating in a frantic role-playing game of Operation. Instead, they're churning out thousands of xiao long bao for the families and first dates waiting to be buzzed to a table
Pop one on your spoon, create a small lard leak with a chopstick end and consume everything at once. The porky broth isn't injected into the xiao long bao in some kind Heston Blumenthalian fiddle-fest. It's a jelly at room temperature that turns to liquid when steamed, and DTF have nailed its creation to the point of art. We thank them for it.

There are various of selection from this restaurant.
