Yunnan food, also known Dian food, one of the most familiar by people is the dish has century-old called "bridge noodle." The restaurant of Yunnan food Two Sticks has the most orthodox tastes, and the price is nice with good quality.



Two Sticks has store design in wood-based, it cleverly use of channel-type mirror decorated to increase the sense of space, giving people a spacious and comfortable visual enjoyment. The restaurant is also quite particular about the sets, according to operations manager John introduced, holding food in copper pots, boilers, pots are made from is known as "China Famous pottery town" Jianshui. Widely popular dishes diners "Yunnan copper pots potato stew with rice", is made by hand and cooking utensils.


Yunnan as ethnic enclaves, the food culture is diversity. Chef Carrie’s childhood is living in ethnic minority autonomous regions, she is affected by her mother which brought up interests of cooking, and cooking methods affected by multiculturalism. From the conversation, Carrie reveals she insisted on authentic Yunnan food are very particular about the dishes from ingredients to cuisine.
